REEDER Hosts FWISD Monnig Middle School Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Walk

REEDER along with Procedeo and Fort Worth ISD Capital Improvement Program held a pre-bid meeting and site walk for trade partners interested in the upcoming William Monnig Middle School Addition and Renovations project. The meeting, attended by local contractors as well as Architect, VLK, aimed to outline project scopes, timelines, and requirements. 

Following the presentations, participants engaged in a Q&A, allowing subcontractors to clarify specifications and express any questions regarding the bidding process or the project. This dialogue emphasized REEDER’s commitment to transparency and collaboration.

After the meeting, attendees participated in a guided site walk, visiting various locations slated in the plans and specs. This hands-on look provides contractors with valuable insights into existing conditions and potential challenges, fostering a deeper understanding of the projects.
