Flower Mound High School Stadium Renovations, Elevator Modernization, Electrical Upgrades, Fire Alarm Upgrades, and Generator Upgrades.
Flower Mound High School Stadium Refresh:
Renovations/refresh of the Flower Mound High School Stadium concessions buildings, restrooms, and press box. Renovations include new/updated finishes, glazing, new plumbing fixtures, mechanical unit replacement and duct rework, lighting fixtures and power upgrades, doors frames and hardware replacement, fire pump replacement, and sound system upgrades.
Elevator Modernization:
New elevator cab finishes, elevator mechanical room upgrades, and elevator equipment replacement at Arbor Creek and Huffines Middle Schools.
Electrical Upgrades:
Electrical upgrades at Arbor Creek Middle School and Morningside Elementary School. Work includes replacing electrical panels, transformers, and main distribution panels to modernize the electrical system.
Generator and District Radio Upgrades:
Installation of new generators at six campuses across the district. Scope includes tying generators into existing main switchboards to provide backup power to MDF and IDF rooms, as well as powering emergency lighting throughout the buildings. Work will also involve running new circuits and replacing modules for emergency light fixtures. Ceiling modifications, including cutting into drywall and altering acoustical ceiling systems, will be required to accommodate wiring and installation.
Fire Alarm Upgrades:
Upgrades to the existing fire alarm systems at Lamar Middle School and Lewisville High School - Harmon. The project includes modifications to the current fire alarm systems to add voice evacuation capability, enhancing emergency communication and safety across both campuses.
