This project consists of interior 20-year refreshments to the existing campus. No additional footprint will be added to this campus. Work includes selective demolition, concrete infill, concrete band lot paving, CMU/brick infill, new CMU walls, miscellaneous steel, relocation of band tower, millwork, P-Lam wall panels, wood blocking, thermal barriers, complete re-roof, paving sealants, new doors, frames and hardware, replacement interior and exterior glazing, BR glazing, full scope renovation finishes, vinyl wall surfacing, tack able walls, specialties, toilet accessories and partitions, operable wall partitions, signage, lockers, residential appliances, gym flooring and equipment, window blinds, science casework and equipment, fire suppression modifications, full scope MEP, upgrade CAT 5 cabling, access control, video surveillance, new PA system with existing headend, new A/V upgrades, and earthwork for new band lot.

Black Box Theatre
- Install make up tables
- Install new audio monitor
- Create new lobby area
- Provide public restrooms
- Provide cast dressing rooms

- Create Black Box Theatre at existing Band Hall
- Modify storage areas
- Install new storefront at entrance
- Move admin area across hall at existing theatre classroom

This is a new 2 story replacement school on a clean site where the existing school has already been demolished. The new building is approximately 146,000 SF including a short shelter in unit D. The Career Technical Education facility will include some typical classrooms, but will mainly contain labs focused around the technical trades including healthcare, building trades, HVAC, automotive mechanics, aviation, and more. The structure is a steel frame on a structured slab over a crawlspace on augur cast piles. ICF walls are use in the shelter(unit D) and CMU walls in many of the lab spaces (unit C & D) while more conventional steel framing is used in the administration and more typical teaching spaces (areas A & B)
