Work includes selective demolition, concrete infill, concrete band lot paving, CMU/brick infill, new CMU walls, miscellaneous steel, relocation of band tower, millwork, P-Lam wall panels, wood blocking, thermal barriers, complete re-roof, paving sealants, new doors, frames and hardware, replacement interior and exterior glazing, BR glazing, full scope renovation finishes, vinyl wall surfacing, tack able walls, specialties, toilet accessories and partitions, operable wall partitions, signage, lockers, residential appliances, gym flooring and equipment, window blinds, science casework and equipment, fire suppression modifications, full scope MEP, upgrade CAT 5 cabling, access control, video surveillance, new PA system with existing headend, new A/V upgrades, and earthwork for new band lot.
