Site Safety Orientation forms which include a QR code to our Safety Orientation Video, provide awareness to all workers regarding safety policies and procedures prior to the start of work on a the jobsite.

CAMPUS READINESS FORM

This process was developed and implemented to help safeguard the building occupants from all construction hazards prior to them returning after an extended absence while major construction work was put in place.

A Job Hazard Analysis form identifies how to perform a task step-by-step, any hazards associated with the task, and controls to mitigate the hazards.




Egress Change Notice Form

CHANGE OF EGRESS FORM

This notification challenges our team to properly identify any detours or blockades to existing pathways or egress points that will affect the existing building occupants’ normal path of travel. 

SIGNAGE PACKAGE FOR SAFETY

Safety signage plays a large part in keeping job sites compliant and personnel knowledgeable. It is critical for workers to understand the types of hazards, the level of risk, and what precautions to take.

Pre-Task Safety forms were created to establish standardized procedures for safety awareness and documentation prior to performing the most hazardous work tasks like excavation and erection.

HARD HAT STICKER MANUAL

The purpose of the Safety Orientation Sticker is to indicate an individual has completed REEDER’s Site Safety Orientation. The sticker should adhere to each worker’s Hard Hat and be visible at all times.

EMERGENCY ACTION PLAN

The Emergency Action Plan explains to each employee the preferred means of reporting emergencies.

The Emergency Numbers form allows employees to have emergency contact information in immediate reach if needed during a crisis. 

EMERGENCY UTILITY SHUT-OFF

The Emergency Shut-off Vales & Breaker Location form allows employees to locate these shut-off and breakers if needed during a crisis.
